First off, I'd like to give a written moment of silence for all the peoople that lost more than their power when hurricane Katrina touched down on the gulf coast, not quite 200 miles south of the spot I call home...I dare not complain about anything when people have lost their lives, and their livelyhood...May God be with them and their families while the whole of the nation hardens its resolve and pulls through another difficult September...

That, boys and girls, is the brand new, 2006 Dodge Charger SRT Edition, fully loaded...I am new car hunting, and a Charger was the first car I ever wanted in my whole life...It is historically known as a car that eats other cars, making it...Car-nivorous...

Eh, anyway...I grew up watching The Dukes of Hazzard, loved the show...Loved the movie that just came out too...But more than anything, I loved her...

Isn't she beautiful..? Long Sleek Lines...Great hummer...Fast Moving...And she better be fast with that 426 HEMI she had...Damn, I wish Daisy would get her ass outta the way..!

Enter the new 2006 model, which you see above...It is a far cry from the old, and a complete 360 from the concept Charger that came out a couple of years ago, but man is she sexy...But, something troubles me...

Why do I need that much car..? What in the hell am I gonna do with a car that does 0-60 in 5 seconds besides react the OJ Bronco chase at 8x fast forward..? Why do we have cars that go 160 MPH, and that's almost double the speed limit on any highway..?

I'll tell you why...But rather than waste space going for a long drawn out explanation, I'll just tell it to you like this...
