Down south, when something is '4:30' that means that shit is done...Over...Finito... Quit on...Stank...And all other kinds of fuck it...

It comes from the time of day when people quit working their jobs, and has since moved on to mean the already mentioned...

Like, "Yo Ty, you still smoke..? Nah Nigg, its 4:30 on that..." Or, in a question, "Yo man, is it 4:30 on ya chick whippin' that ass when you come home smelling like badussy..?"

Oh, and don't get it twisted, you can also use the term with elegance, finess...And in the corporate world...Its code talk... |337 speak if you will...

"007, do you have the package..."
"Mission Control, this Op is 4:30"

You likes..? Please, feel free to integrate it into your daily speech...Embody the attitude of those that started the 4:30 slang...Damn right I get off at 5, but its 4:30...I'm not doing a damn thing else...Let Ethel's fat ass answer the phone she ain't done shit all day...
